DDMA Codes
The DDMA self-regulatory Codes set standards of ethical conduct and best practice. The Business-to-consumer Codes are a part of the Dutch Advertising Code.
Most marketing and media channels, such as email and telemarketing and door-to-door advertising , are now included within the Code. The Advertsing Code is monitored by the Advertising Code Committee and Board of Appeal. You’ll find the DDMA codes included in the Dutch Advertising Code listed below.
